Roberta Mastin is an enrolled member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa. She has dedicated 18 years to working in the child welfare system, serving with Tribal communities including White Earth Nation and the Red Lake Nation. Through her work, Roberta has focused on supporting children, families, and communities with a commitment to culturally grounded care and advocacy. In addition to her professional work, Roberta is a mother, daughter, sister, and foster parent. These roles deeply inform her approach to child welfare, grounding her work in compassion, family connection, and community responsibility.
